We hired a tempo traveler for our entire family to travel to Kumbhalgarh and adjoining areas from Falcon Travels this December. I must admit that the vehicle provided to us was very comfortable and our driver Mr. Bhawar Singh was extremely amicable and well mannered. Ranjeet Singh was our driver for two weeks as we travelled around Rajasthan. He was an excellent driver and extremely courteous and helpful, always going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were comfortable and making the most of our time in India. Although the roads were quite hairy at times we always felt safe with him and would recommend Mr. Ranjeet to anyone. Dear Mr. Chouhan, This is further to our visit to Udaipur and Jodhpur during the period Sep 3, 2011 to Sep 8, 2011. Thank you for a very wonderful holiday. You did mention that our request for a vehicle came in late, but you will understand that not having done business with you earlier and that your contact was not made through a reference, I was uncomfortable booking the vehicle very much in advance, in case the trip got cancelled. The driver met us at the appointed time with a name board so locating him was not a problem. He was always very courteous and respectful, jumping out to open the doors, helping with the luggage and other tasks. The Driver had clean habits - does not drink, smoke or chew tobacco and his language and mannerisms were exemplary - so much so that by the second day we treated him as a member of our family. He knew the roads well, and in the city as well as on the highway he was very perfect in his driving. Whenever he negotiated bad roads, bumps, etc. he slowed down so as to not cause discomfort to the passengers or damage the car. He kept the car very clean both from the inside as well as the outside. He was always at the hotel at the appointed time and we did not have to wait for him at any time. He did not offer any unsolicited advice but gave opinions and suggestions whenever asked. Nor did he ask for or hint anything. We had a wonderful experience with him and we wish him all the very best. The next time we are in Udaipur, to be sure we would like to book our vehicle through Falcon and would love it to be driving us around. I had spent some time in Udaipur when my father was posted there - He was in charge of the Udaipur - Himmatnagar railway line - so it was a little like coming home. In fact my wife also loved the place. On a final note, many tourist agencies request their customers to provide a feedback - none was asked for by you.
